When Karkia launched in 2020, there was a glaring gap in the online betting world for users in Bangladesh — most platforms didn't speak Bangla, payments required international cards, and support replies came back in English. Karkia set out to close that gap — and did exactly that.
The passion Bangladeshis have for cricket can't be fully captured in any statistic. During the World Cup, the entire country holds its breath together. Karkia's founding team deeply respects that feeling — and built the platform around it. It's not just about placing bets; Karkia brings together match analysis, live scores, and expert predictions all in one place.
In its very first year, Karkia recognized that payment was the biggest concern for bettors in Bangladesh. Most people here don't have foreign cards or international bank accounts. So Karkia built direct integrations with bKash and Nagad. Whether you're in Dhaka or Dinajpur, Chattogram or Sylhet — all you need is a mobile phone to play on Karkia.
Karkia never cuts corners on security. SSL 256-bit encryption, two-factor identity verification, and segregated fund management — every measure is in place to protect users' money and data. Karkia believes that a platform's greatest asset is user trust, and that trust is earned through action, not just words.
Karkia's position on customer service is clear — in Bengali, in plain language, as fast as possible. Even if something goes wrong at 3 a.m., Karkia's support team will respond. This isn't just a promise on paper — it's proven every single day.
Responsible gaming is one of Karkia's core principles. Users can set their own daily or weekly spending limits at any time. If anyone feels that betting is having a negative impact on their life, Karkia is there to help — including the option to temporarily suspend their account. Betting should be enjoyable, and Karkia wants to keep it that way for everyone.
Karkia is no longer just a betting site — it has become part of Bangladesh's sports culture. Millions of fans enjoy every major match right here on Karkia. Plans are already underway to bring more sports, better analysis tools, and a more refined experience — Karkia has no intention of slowing down.
