• Not on self-exclusion list: If you have voluntarily activated self-exclusion on Karkia, creating a new account during that period is strictly prohibited.

When placing bets on Karkia, the following rules must be observed at all times. These rules are in place to ensure fair and transparent betting.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change in real time. There may be a slight difference in the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet due to technical reasons.
• Match Cancelled/Abandoned: If a match has not started or is abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Technical Error: If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, Karkia reserves the right to void that bet.
• Manipulation & Fraud: Any bet found to be connected with match fixing or any form of manipulation will be voided and the account will be permanently closed.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Each market has a maximum bet limit, which may vary depending on the match and market type.

Karkia is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent betting environment at all times. In the event of any dispute, Karkia's system logs will be considered the final and definitive record.

Karkia offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to all such offers.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw any bonus, you must wager 5x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳5,000 in bets.
• Bonus Validity: Any bonus not used within 30 days of being credited will be automatically forfeited.
• Accumulator Boost: Win an accumulator with 5 or more legs and you'll receive an additional 20% bonus.
• Weekly Cashback: 10% of your net weekly losses will be credited as cashback. A 3x wagering requirement applies to cashback as well.
• Bonus Abuse: If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

All financial transactions on Karkia are handled transparently and securely. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Zero Transaction Fees: Karkia does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Personal Account Use: Only bKash, Nagad, or Rocket numbers registered in your own name may be used. Deposits or withdrawals using another person's account are strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification via national ID and a selfie is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Timeframe: For verified accounts, funds are typically sent to bKash/Nagad within 5–15 minutes.
